EXCHANGE & REFUND

The goal of VEELIKE is to provide the best quality product to all of our customers and to ensure they are happy with the product they receive. If you need to return any part of your order, we have outlined our protocol for returns including restrictions, fees, and necessary paperwork below.

Return Period & Fee

Returns are accepted only within 30 days from the date you receive your order from the courier. Please be sure to examine all product ordered within this time frame to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of the items ordered.

Returns are made at your own expense, including shipping, customs duties and restock fees (if any). They vary by return warehouse. Except for the cost of restocking that is deducted directly from the refund, shipping and customs duties are paid directly by you.

Return Eligibility

Items that can be returned, refunded or replaced within 30 days must follow the criteria as below:

  • Item(s) are ordered on our website.
  • Item(s) damaged, broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • Item(s) received in the incorrect size or color.
  • Item(s) must be in new condition in the original packaging.
  • Item(s) are not final sale or custom orders.
Return From Third-Party Platform Stores

Our stores on the third-party platform such as Amazon and Walmart will offer a solution about return, exchange and refund. Due to limited permission, it’s suggested to ask them for quick after-sales service if you ordered our products via these third-party platforms.

Damaged Shipments & Manufacturing Defects

We will gladly replace any product that is damaged during the shipping process or if you notice a manufacturing defect. Please send an email with photos of the damage or defect to veelikeshop@gmail.com to request a replacement. If the product to be replaced is out of stock or no longer available, we may opt to refund the amount of your purchase at our discretion.

Returns With Opened Merchandise

Item(s) that have been worn, used, misused, or opened are non-returnable unless the defect is attributable to manufacturing or shipping. In such cases, we can only offer replacements and refunds for the remaining unopened merchandise (if any). Therefore, please check the item(s) carefully before use.

Return Shipping Procedure

We can’t issue any refunds for returns sent without our prior authorization. We will not accept any responsibility for merchandise returned to us without a return authorization email issued by VEELIKE. So please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

  1. If your item(s)are returnable (see above), please contact us stating your:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of product(s) with unopened merchandise or defect
  1. We will respond to you within 24 hours and provide you with our return address. Generally products will be required to return to the original shipping warehouse.
  2. Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
  3.  Once we have received and verified the returned item(s), we will email you a replacement order shipping information or refund within 3 business days. Please noted the refund, less shipping and restock fee, will issue a credit to your PayPal.
